The coconut oil is also effective at keeping the skin moisturised, helps to reduce inflammation, and heal wounds. Thanks to the fatty acids within the oil, it possesses antimicrobial properties that have the potential to ease eczema and prevent harmful bacteria from taking root within the skin.
